Caravan Park

A few metres up the road from the Hotel Motel is the Lameroo Lakeside Caravan Park, this lovely peaceful spot is owned by the Southern Mallee District Council and run by the Hotel, it has 16 powered sites and lawned areas for tents.

It is a picturesque park sitting alongside Lake Roberts, a man-made lake, with lawns and a walking track. 

Many of the surrounding trees were planted by our local Australia Day Award recipients, (every year on the 26th of January we hold our Australia Day Ceremony, visitors are always welcome to attend).

Lake Roberts also has a covered BBQ area built for the community with the help of the Rotary Club. A recently installed play area with exercise equipment is fun for both adults and children.

This quiet spot is very popular with travelers, and is only 5 minutes walk from the shops.
